At Latutu, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality products and clear warranty terms for our customers.
Consumable Products
Tofu cat litter is classified as a consumable product and is not covered by a fixed-term warranty (such as a one-year warranty).
However, if you believe the product has a manufacturing defect upon receipt, please contact us promptly and we will review the issue.
Packaging Notice
Customers may receive vacuum-sealed or non-vacuum packaging at random, and in some cases, both packaging types may be included within the same order.
Packaging type does not affect the product’s quality, safety, or performance.
Differences in packaging appearance, firmness, or air content are normal and are not considered product defects.
Proof of Defect
To initiate a claim, customers may be required to provide clear photos and/or videos showing the alleged issue.
Exclusions
The following are not considered defects and are not covered:
- Normal variations in packaging appearance
- Changes caused by storage conditions after delivery
- Standard wear, usage, or environmental factors
- Issues arising from improper storage or use
Resolution Method
If a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed, Latutu will determine the appropriate resolution at its discretion, which may include replacement or store credit, depending on the nature of the issue.
Free or Promotional Items
Free items or promotional products are not covered under this warranty.
