Shipping Policy

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and delivery address of your order.

To receive an accurate shipping quote, please:

  • Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
  • Proceed to the Shopping Cart or Checkout page.
  • Use the “Calculate Shipping” tool by entering your postcode or suburb.
  • Select the correct location from the dropdown list.
  • The shipping calculator will display the total delivery cost for your address.
    Your final shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Shipping costs are charged in addition to the product price.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within New Zealand only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. A valid street address is required.

Shipping Methods

We choose the most appropriate courier service based on your order size and delivery location.
Shipping partners may include local courier services operating within New Zealand.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within:

  • 2–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service
  • Delivery times may be extended during peak periods such as public holidays.

Delivery Information

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
  • Couriers do not operate on weekends or public holidays.
  • Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
  • If you have special delivery instructions, please include them in the order notes at checkout. While we cannot guarantee all requests, we will do our best to accommodate them.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may leave a calling card or attempt redelivery.

If the order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange:

  • Redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply), or
  • A refund of the order value excluding shipping costs
