Returns & Refunds

At Latutu, we want to ensure a clear and straightforward returns process.
Please review the information below before requesting a return.

Return Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your item.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item is unused and unopened
  2. The item is in its original packaging
  3. The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products, including cat litter and other consumable items, cannot be returned, unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Shipping charges will only be refunded if the item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to appear on your account after processing.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the return request
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
